ABOUT ALEKSANDRA

Aleksandra Line has been an active part of the music industry for almost 20 years, focussing on jazz and contemporary music management and teaching entrepreneurship and communication in music.

She’s currently an acting director of the Latvian Music Information centre, finding opportunities for the Latvian music industry and promoting its achievements worldwide, shares expertise with the young and experienced professionals worldwide, runs international projects for creative-cultural sector professionals and co-founded the "Louder.lv" management and promotion agency.

Aleksandra is a journalist for “Mūzikas Saule” and “Baltic Outlook” and writes poetry in three languages, runs a spoken word and jazz project “klausies” and writes song lyrics. Collaborated with composers Andris Dzenītis (“Baltās dziesmas” for Reinis Zariņš and Shipsea), Uģis Prauliņš ( “Through the light” for Latvian jazz musicians), Monta Tupčijenko for the NDR Big Band (Germany), Henrik Hilmersen and Inger Johanne Oskal for Tara Bloch-Vere (Norway) and many others.
